Hormone changes during peri- and menopause can affect your strength, mobility, joint health, energy levels, and recovery. It’s common to feel like your body doesn’t move quite the way it used to, but with the right guidance, you can move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in your body. My Menopause Movement Check-In is a focused 30-minute 1:1 session designed to help you understand how your body is moving right now and what it truly needs to feel its best. 🌿 What’s included: - Movement and mobility assessment, to see how your body’s adapting and where support is needed - Strength and posture check – to identify areas that may be contributing to stiffness, pain, or fatigue - Personalised guidance – tailored recommendations for how to train, stretch, and recover in alignment with your hormones - Mini action plan – simple next steps to help you move well, build strength, and boost energy 💜 Who it’s for: This session is perfect for you if you’re: - Experiencing peri- or menopause and noticing changes in how your body feels - Unsure where to start with exercise at this stage of life - Struggling with stiffness, low energy, or reduced strength - Ready to feel more in control of your body again
