About Core Restore Sessions

My 1:1 Core Restore sessions are designed to support women in improving pelvic floor symptoms such as pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, and prolapse. I recognise that pelvic health issues often extend beyond simple Kegel exercises and require a more holistic approach.

In these personalised sessions, I use an individualised blend of soft tissue therapy, exercise therapy, and lifestyle advice to address a wide range of pelvic health concerns. My treatments are non-invasive and do not include any internal procedures. Instead, I focus on external techniques that can effectively relieve symptoms and promote healing.
