Release tightness and tension around your body which may either be restricting your movement, affecting your posture and/or causing you pain. Possibly you're pregnant and feel like you need to make some space in your body? Release is a 45-minute slow-paced mobilising movement class to leave you in a state of calm and give you a feeling of space and length. It includes releases to relieve tension and stress for pelvic, body and mental health. This class is great for rebalancing the 'fight/flight' and 'rest/digest' nervous systems to positively impact on mental alertness and concentration, sleep, immunity, digestion and reduce pain, stress, tension and worry.

During Pregnancy

Release is a lovely class to do during pregnancy to relax and mobilise your body gently to reduce aches and pains. You may also like to consider my Birth Ready, pelvic-health birth preparation class as well as my other 121 services for expectant Mums.

Release is a great opportunity if you're a new Mum to take some relaxation time out for yourself, to get on your mat and do some gentle mobility and release work to reduce aches and pains associated with Motherhood! You may also be interested in my other New Mum 121 services.

Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

Are you experiencing any symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction, Diastasis Recti, back or pelvic pain? Core Restore classes are a great way to reconnect with your deep core and pelvic floor in order to manage pelvic floor dysfunction. Release is available as a 45-minute on-demand class meaning you book on for the calendar month for £24.00. You will receive a variety of on-demand classes to vary throughout the month specific to your goals and needs, two bonus classes to try something new too.
