My postnatal coaching services are designed to support you through recovery and beyond, with a calm, personalised approach that respects your postnatal body and your real-life schedule.

Whether you’re newly postpartum or years down the line, this is a space where you’ll feel listened to, supported, and guided — without pressure to “bounce back”.

You don’t need to be fit to start. You just need to start where you are.

Who is this for?

This support is ideal if you:

  • Feel unsure what exercise is safe after birth

  • Want to rebuild your core and pelvic floor in a supportive way

  • Have symptoms like heaviness, leaking, “doming”, or back pain

  • Feel weaker or less confident in your body

  • Want to return to gym training, running, or sport

  • Want to prioritise yourself again (even with a baby in tow)

A dedicated 1:1 consultation for new mums.

Postnatal coaching is for mums who want to feel like themselves again — not by rushing to “get their body back”, but by taking a safe, progressive approach to exercise that respects your recovery.

 

Whether you’re 6 weeks postpartum or 6 years postpartum, we’ll focus on restoring your foundations (core + pelvic health), improving strength and fitness, and helping you feel more capable in everyday life.

Safely and confidently transition back to running or higher-impact exercise — no matter how long ago you gave birth.

This comprehensive session assesses your readiness for impact, focusing on pelvic health, strength, coordination, and confidence.
