Mindful Strength is a one-off, external-access purchase rather than a monthly membership. The programme includes x8 20-25 minute Mindful Strength classes.
Each class takes a mindful approach to strength training focusing on breath, pelvic floor connection and alignment using techniques to boost growth hormone and overall health and wellbeing. We follow some unique principles so you not only benefit physically, but also reap the mental and emotional benefits of strength training all using a core and pelvic floor-focused approach.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED - x1 long resistance band and a paid of light hand weights (or filled water bottles/tins)
During pregnancy, Mindful Strength is a great option for you if you're starting early in your pregnancy or you've taken part in similar exercise before pregnancy. It is very individual how long you can maintain it through your pregnancy after which you may like to look at my services specifically for pregnant women, other classes and/or my Birth Ready class.
Are you recently postnatal? Mindful Strength is such a functional class for Mums and convenient short sessions. However, if you haven't done so already, I'd recommend you build your foundations using my Core Restore class or other New Mum 121 services initially. Re-connecting with your deep core and pelvic floor first, is key to creating a balanced core after having a baby before progressing to more challenging exercises.
Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
