It's a perfect class for postnatal recovery but also suitable during pregnancy and for ANY woman wanting to re-connect with the core and pelvic floor, improve your ability to move well, and reduce pain and anxiety. You will feel stronger from the inside out, more confident, more mobile, more calm and more in control of your body.
