Service Description

Mum on the Run are comprehensive 121 coaching sessions to support you in your quest to: * Return to running after having a baby or; * Start running at any time of life but stay injury and pelvic-floor dysfunction free, or; * Continue running but improve symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction and/or to treat an injury. A discount is available when booking upfront for 10 sessions or paying for 10 sessions over 3 months. Please visit the membership plans page for details. Sessions involve a workout where I take you through a series of exercises I've planned specifically for you (following our initial session). The session price includes the hour session plus any homework programming I set you in between sessions.
