Train Like A Woman on Monday's at 8.00-8.50pm at Randlay Community Centre in Telford. Discover how to train, fuel and recover as a woman should according to our ever changing physiology during menstrual years and peri- to post-menopause. Say goodbye to cookie-cutter exercise routines, pre-choreographed classes and hello to workouts that work with your body and its unique and individual needs. Workouts that provide what your physiology needs to achieve good health, body composition, physical and mental performance during this life stage.

The class covers a range of training modalities carefully crafted to suit women and our menstrual years from our mid-30s, through to post-menopause. No "level" of fitness is required to attend this class.

Mummy & Me: CORE RECOVERY, on Tuesday's at 10.45am at Randlay Community Centre in Telford, is a class for for new Mums during the Fourth Trimester to restore connection to the core and pelvic floor and to introduce movements and exercises to gently strengthen the body.

PLUS FREE weekly Zoom "Built To Move" class on Friday's 12.00-12.30pm AND "Stretch & Rest" class on Sunday's 8.30-9.00pm (plus recordings if requested)!

Mummy & Me: FIT, on Tuesday's at 9.30am at Randlay Community Centre in Telford is a class for Mums who are ready to continue with their postnatal rehabilitation and begin to "retrain" to return to exercise and/or sport.

A 30-minute stretch and rest to wind down from the weekend and prepare your body and mind to take on a new week!

A 30-minute mobility and stretch class to break up your day and improve the way you move, reduce any pain, stiffness and tension.

Built to Move takes place on Zoom on Friday's 12.00-12.30pm (recording is available if requested). 

Pregnancy Fit, on Monday's at 7.15-8.00pm at Randlay Community Centre in Telford. This is a group exercise class for pregnant women to help stay fit and strong during pregnancy to prepare and train, like an athlete, for labour, birth and Motherhood!

The class involves a 45-minute workout dedicated to help you feel strong during your pregnancy, exercise confidently knowing you are positively impacting on your, and your babies health. The class will include pregnancy-safe strength work, mobility, stretch, breathing and relaxation.

A 30-minute mobility and recovery class designed for pregnancy. Benefit your pregnancy, by improving how well you move, reduce pain, stiffness and tension.
