Core Restore sessions are designed for women who would like to improve the functioning of their core and pelvic floor, reduce pelvic floor related pain and/or achieve a flatter tummy (should that be your goal). The "core" contains a whole system of muscles and after pregnancy into Motherhood and beyond, this system can become imbalanced leading to pelvic floor issues, pain, an "empty inside" feeling, and the inability to achieve a better looking, stronger tummy, which your current programme of crunches, planks and other abdominal/core/Pilates training is not achieving. Specific conditions that you may be suffering with include pelvic floor dysfunction, back pain, pelvic pain, Interstitial Cystitis/Bladder Pain Syndrome, Vulvodynia, and Coccyx pain. A discount is available when booking upfront for 10 sessions or paying for 10 sessions over 3 months. Please visit the membership plans page for details. Sessions involve a workout - where I take you through a series of exercises I've planned specifically for you, following our initial session. The session price includes the hour session plus any homework programming I set you in between sessions.
