Join me for an excuse to move in the middle of the day. Whether you find yourself stuck at a desk for most of the day or completing repetitive movements associated with looking after children or working from home, this standing yoga practice is going to be so beneficial in keeping your body moving and free of aches and pains.
Monday's and Thursday's 1.00-1.20pm
