My role here is a personal fitness and wellness coach rather than an instructor or therapist - a role to fully support you in optimising your root core foundations of health, nutrition, sleep, exercise and stress management. I will use my expertise in women's health and fitness, hormones, the menstrual cycle and menopause to not only guide you through personalised exercise sessions, but also help you make evidence-based decisions on your physical and emotional health for long-lasting change. A discount is available when booking upfront for 10 sessions or paying for 10 sessions over 3 months. Please visit the membership plans page for details. Sessions involve: * A workout - where I take you through a series of exercises I've planned specifically for you, * Nutrition coaching and goal setting, * Lifestyle goal setting or; * A personalised mixture of the above. The session price includes the hour session plus any homework programming I set you in between sessions.
