About the Course
Wild Women is a fitness and strength (and education) class for women who would like to learn about how to exercise, fuel and recovery according to our unique physiology whether that's during our menstrual years or into peri- to post-menopause. E
Ever found yourself in a position where you're trying to improve your body composition or lose weight and you're exercising more, eating less, but not getting anywhere? Or maybe you're experiencing extreme menstrual or menopause symptoms and you'd like to take back control?
The class itself is based around building strength, stamina and power, all essential to our hormone, bone and brain health. We also cover mobility, stretching and relaxation so we can learn to benefit from the emotional and physical effects of recovery. This class is supplemented via support on the Wild Women Facebook Group aimed at educating women on training WITH their physiology and syncing the right exercise and nutrition with their menstrual cycle phases or peri/post-menopause life stage.
SEPTEMBER 5-WEEK COURSE - Monday 25th September, 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd October 8.00-8.50pm.
NOVEMBER 7-WEEK COURSE - Monday 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th November, 4th, 11th, 18th December 8.00-8.50pm.
