About the Course
Postnatal Retrain & Restrengthen
A course for Mums who are ready to continue with their postnatal rehabilitation and begin to "retrain".
Whilst the class is still very functional and specific for new Mums, we will starting to step up intensity and impact and build in activities to progress fitness and strength. It will be assumed by booking on this class that you are NOT experiencing any prolonged issues such as pelvic floor dysfunction (leaking), feelings of heaviness in the pelvis or back pain which is impacting on your daily life. If you are, my recommendation would be to complete my Mummy and Me RESTORE class initially and/or consider booking a 121 assessment session.
Work out in a relaxed, informal, baby-friendly and fun environment with other local Mums.
OCTOBER 4-WEEK COURSE - Monday 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th October 9.30-10.15am
NOVEMBER 6-WEEK COURSE - Monday 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th November, 7th, 14th December 9.30-10.15am
