Return to Running
Mum on The Run is a return to running class for Mums (from 3 months postnatal onwards into Motherhood).

If you're at least 3 month postnatal and are not experiencing pelvic floor issues, and you aim to return to running or high impact exercise/sport, this Mum on the Run Returning 2 Running class is for you!
This class is half in the studio where we will cover strengthening exercise and pelvic floor work to support high impact exercise/running. The second half of the class, we head outside for a graded returning to running session!
