About the Course
Girls Almighty is a fitness and strength (and education) class for girls who have started their period (up to 18 years old). My aim is to empower girls to take control of their health and well-being, enjoy getting fit and strong, create confidence talking about and learning how to track their menstrual cycle (beyond that of the school curriculum), and exercise in a way that is unique to a girls physiology. It is a class for girls who don’t currently exercise through to those who compete in sport. We’ll talk about how girls commonly lose their period due to over-exercising and/or under-fuelling (RED-S syndrome) and also cover why fitness and strength exercise is super important to future hormone health.
Mums will be welcome to watch and wait during the class, or join in for half price!
