Signature Woman

A signature Willow class series packed with movement I truly believe should be the foundation of all women's weekly routine from mobility, particularly the ankle, hip, pelvis, thoracic spine and shoulders, also conditioning using body weight and core conscious techniques, and a specific section on functional pelvic floor work.

These sessions will run LIVE online from Thursday 7th June for 7 weeks, 9.15-10.00am and will include the 7-day recording each week.

During Pregnancy

During pregnancy, HiLo Glow is a great option for you to stay active and provide an opportunity to safely get sweaty, whilst being alignment and pelvic floor-conscious. I offer plenty of "Hi" and "Lo" options so you can adapt as needed through your pregnancy. It is very individual how long you feel you can participate through your pregnancy after which you may like to look at my services specifically for pregnant women, other classes and/or my Birth Ready class.

New Mum

Are you recently postnatal? HiLo Glow is such a great, functional class for Mums, but if you haven't done so already, I'd recommend you build your foundations using my Core Restore class or other New Mum 121 services initially. Re-connecting with your deep core and pelvic floor first, is key to creating a balanced core after having a baby before progressing to more challenging exercises.

Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

Although this class, includes plenty of pelvic floor-conscious options, if you are experiencing any symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction, Diastasis Recti, back or pelvic pain, I would recommend you get in touch first and maybe initially book in with me on a 121 basis if possible (virtually if necessary) to discuss your needs. Please check out my clinic sessions and treatments if you are in pain, experience pelvic floor dysfunction or have any ongoing postnatal issues.


HiLo Glow is available as a on-demand class meaning you book on for the calendar month for £24.00. You will receive a variety of 45-minute on-demand classes to vary throughout the month specific to your goals and needs, two bonus classes to try something new too.
